The highest converting traffic I've ever seen...
2:47 AM Posted by Slamy
Traffic Buddha is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS--signups and sales. So I decided to put it to the test...
My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.
The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "Traffic Buddha" links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Traffic Buddha Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!
After you've created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Traffic Buddha link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Traffic Buddha link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Traffic Buddha. So if anyone clicks the Traffic Buddha image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It's a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.
Now every time the ad window displays (your Traffic Buddha links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members' links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.
And this works virally--meaning as you make referrals into Traffic Buddha (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Traffic Buddha image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Traffic Buddha also.
I didn't get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated--my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Traffic Buddha even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.
There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all--downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Traffic Buddha really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it's valuable as a user, but no so often that it's a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again. Now THAT's cool.
Overall I have to say I am impressed with Traffic Buddha. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

Role Of Page Rank

It's of no use to have the most informative website & unfortunately no one knows about it. Have you ever thought why your competitors always on the top positions and your website every time getting into the flux.
It's of no use to have the most informative website & unfortunately no one knows about it. Have you ever thought why your competitors always on the top positions and your website every time getting into the flux.
Getting a new web site page ranked and indexed are two things everyone should take into account. With all the competing web sites out there the importance of this becomes a top priority so that you can get free traffic and thus make money online.
What is Page Rank?
Page ranks are defined numerically, from 1 through 10 - 10, being the highest. Very few pages have a page rank of 10, and anything above a 6 is considered very well. There are many factors that determine a page's rank, but the main variable seems to be based on how many websites link to your page.
Search engines rank Websites based on two major factors:
• Very exclusive content with related keywords in the body
• Link popularity - number of back links on your Website.
Importance of Page Rank:
Page rank is extremely important, in that it determines how high you get on search engine results. And just as it's helpful to have your incoming links be from reputable, trusted, relevant sites, your outbound links will also be more valuable to those pages you do link out to.
The higher your page ranking, the more desirable a link from your page will be to others - Including those willing to pay for said link.
Various ways to increase your page rank:
• Build more pages:
Make sure to have at least 8 relevant pages including the main page, in order to have a healthy amount of content.
• How To Generate More At Cost:
Getting a high ranking site to link to you isn't always the easiest thing to do. Sometimes it is necessary to buy that privilege via ads.
• Create Internal Links:
Not only are you creating another link for the crawler, you're also making it convenient for your guest to find that page right then and there, if they so desire.
• Utilize Free Directory listings:
They may not always be big high ranking sites, but they are an easy way to get your name out there.
• Avoid Dead-end Links:
Make sure every page has a door out, other than a back button
Google uses a number of patented algorithms to determine the exact ranking of every indexed website. They also attempt to index as many websites and pages as they can possibly find. In order to do this they utilize tens of thousands of different hosts and over a dozen data centers.
Other important factors that determine your ranking are the architecture of the site, relevant keywords , title, underlying code and content of the site for making your site more appealing to the search engines.
Page rank is not the be all and end all, and people should not become too angry if they are not able to for example obtain a page rank five straight away. I believe hard work pays off and that a website should be seen as a long term project.
Page rank is a very real and vital aspect of web development that should always be kept in mind. Without it, your chance of being found easily on search engines is compromised. With it, you'll be on your way to a highly successful website.
How Directories Help Search Engines
1:54 AM Posted by Slamy
At the beginning of the web era, users would go to directories to find sites relevant to their interests. In fact, Yahoo!, the web's number one destination, started as a directory. Nowadays, most users rely on search engines, not directories, to find what they're looking for. When search engines started to become popular, they relied on web pages' 'keyword metatags' to determine the topic and relevance of the page (the keyword metatag is a section within a web page's HTML code where webmasters can insert words that are relevant to the page's content). Webmasters discovered that by stuffing their meta tags with popular search terms repeated hundreds of times, they could propel their pages to the top of the search results.
Search engines caught up to the abuse and decided to ignore the meta tags and rely instead on web page copy. Webmasters then started to overstuff their page copy with popular search terms, often writing them in the same color as the web page's background, so that they could be detected by search engines while being invisible to users.
Again, search engines discovered the trick and decided that the best way to rank a web page's content and its topical relevance was to rely on inbound links from other pages. The rationale behind this is that it is much more difficult to influence other people to link to you than it is to manipulate your own web page elements. In fact, inbound links are the foundation of Google's Pagerank™ algorithm.
There are several ways to get inbound links, among them writing articles that include your bylines with a link to your page, exchanging links, and listing your site in directories.
Listing your sites in good directories is probably the best way to get quality links that are highly valued by the search engines. Since directories rely on human editors who enforce strict criteria to list a site, and since directories organize the information in highly focused categories, they are an invaluable resource for search engines to measure the quality and the relevance of a web page.
In summary, directories are important not because they generate significant traffic (they don't), but because they are given great importance by the search engines to qualify and rank web pages, and to determine their topical relevance.
You should definitely list your site with quality directories if you want to increase your chances of success with the search engines.
Google SEO Training - Page Ranking
2:51 AM Posted by Slamy
Webmasters typically want their pages to rank higher in Google’s search results. Pages get listed in the search results based on relevance and importance. A page is considered relevant if it matches both the interest of the user and the query, which is relevant to the phrase that’s typed into Google.
How Google Determines The Importance of Each Page
Because there are so many web pages out there and for many queries there are literally millions of relevant pages, Google has to narrow it all down and prioritize results. And this is done by determining the importance of each page. Google’s original algorithm set that determines page importance was termed page rank. However, it is now only one of over two hundred elements that goes into how pages get ranked by Google. It does however, still have a major role in page rank.
Google Page Rank
The quantity as well as the quality of pages that link to the page (relevant to what the page is about) is what the each individual page’s score will be based on. Attempting to buy and sell page links is a violation of the Google Webmaster Guidelines and will potentially harm your site’s page rank and presence in Google. The best way to increase your site’s page rank is to create quality content, participate in relevant online communities and acquire quality links through natural measures. If you do sell or buy online advertising, you will want to make sure those links don’t pass page rank by using a no follow tag.
Page Rank Fluctuations
As Google periodically updates it’s index, rankings will fluctuate. Sometimes they will fluctuate a little and sometimes quite a lot and it can happen for various reasons. The fact is, the web is constantly changing. The changes in your site in combination with the content and constant link updates around the web can affect your website’s presence in Google. In some cases, a site can fall to a lower ranking because Google determines that it is in violation of the Google Webmaster Guidelines. Many times, violations are caused by someone who previously worked on your website or could even be caused by a hacker who’s added covert links to some of your pages.
Thinking Like Your Users
Think like your users and provide quality content for them rather than focusing your content for the search engines. You want to treat search engine bots just like other users, never sending them different content. You also want to carefully consider how your users are likely to search for this content. If you have a product, for example, that has a nick-name or acronym that is more popularly known for that, then that’s what users are likely to search on. And you will want to make sure that text visibly appears on your relevant pages.
As you interest users with the content and links on your site, make sure that they’re not disappointed in what they actually find. You’ll want to regularly check to make sure that all of the links on the pages are still pointing to relevant resources and that they reflect well on you and your business.
The Importance Of Keywords In Seo
5:36 PM Posted by Slamy
Because of this, it becomes necessary to take it as the first and most
important step for optimization. Since all search queries are based on
the keywords entered in the search engine, you must carefully select
the most relevant keywords for your website.
If the optimization is to make your site visible in the top search
rankings then the right keywords are what around which the entire
SEO-process revolve. A bad selection of keywords may ruin your entire
optimization work as whatever you will do after it will be based on
those keywords. So you must be careful at this first and far most
important step.
The following points can be useful for finding suitable keywords for any website:
1. Analyze your content: Analyze your whole site and make sure not to
leave even a single corner of the site's content or images. Try to
extract all the important keywords from it. Prepare an excel sheet and
make as many different phrases as possible from the extracted words.
Eliminate all the phrases which do not have the words used on the web
site. Repeat this process to get the most relevant and suitable
keyword-list.
2. Industry knowledge: To be able to choose relevant keywords for a
website belonging to a specific industry you should have knowledge of
that particular industry. If you do not have that knowledge you can get
it by visiting some of the other sites in that industry.
3. Analyzing the competition. Check which keywords your competitors has
used to target their websites. By analyzing your competitors websites
before you finalize your own you can get an idea of which list of
keywords you should use on yours.
4. Keyword generation tools: There are a couple of tools on the web
which can help you get the keywords you require. The Adwords keyword
tool for example, is one place you can get relevant keywords by just
entering one single keyword or your website URL.
5. Keyword popularity: The more popular a keywords is, the more
difficult it will be to get a good ranking for that keyword. This is
especially true for new sites, so in the beginning it can be a good
idea to not target the most competitive keywords. After a couple of
months when the site has gained enough backlinks you can start
optimizing for more popular keywords.

10 Blog Contest Giveaway Ideas
5:33 PM Posted by Slamy
Blog contests are a great way to boost traffic to your blog, but what should you giveaway?
Following are 10 blog contest giveaway ideas that will drive interest and entries without emptying your wallet.
1. Products Related to Your Blog
Depending on your blog topic, there are probably many types of prizes you can find or buy to give away in a blog contest. Prizes don't have to be big to be interesting to your blog's readers. Of course, while big prizes tend to drive the most buzz and traffic, prizes that are relevant to your blog are likely to be most appreciated by your loyal readers. In fact, prizes that are consistent with your blog topic will draw the attention of new visitors who are more likely to return and subscribe to your blog feed.
2. Products or Services from Companies
Sometimes companies contact bloggers and request product reviews. This is a great time to request a sample to offer as a blog contest prize. Most companies welcome the additional exposure a contest (and the promotion that goes along with it) brings. Furthermore, don't be afraid to reach out to companies that offer products related to your blog topic that your readers would enjoy, and ask for a sample to offer as a blog contest prize. The worst that can happen is the company says no. Be certain to provide blog traffic statistics when you make a sample request to demonstrate what a contest on your blog could mean to the company in terms of promotion.
3. Books
There are books written about nearly every subject that bloggers write about. Consider offering a book related to your blog's topic for your blog contest prize.
4. Your Expertise
If you have a talent, knowledge or expertise that people would pay for such as blog reviewing, blog design, copywriting, speaking, consulting and so on, offer those services as a blog contest prize. What comes easily to you might be a valuable prize to someone else.
5. Get Crafty
Can you paint, sew, knit, build, or create some other craft or product that people might enjoy winning? If so, offer a custom design or an item you already created as a blog contest prize.
6. Electronic Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are great blog contest prizes because people love to win money to spend at a popular store. Electronic gift certificates are great for you because you avoid paying shipping charges because the prize can be emailed directly to the winner.
7. Money
People love money, so a blog contest with a cash prize is always popular. Consider signing up for PayPal and paying the winner via your PayPal account to avoid paying postage or sending a personal check or money order. If you use PayPal to deliver the prize, be certain to include a disclosure in the original contest post that tells people the prize will be sent via PayPal, and the winner will be responsible for any fees PayPal charges for him or her to receive and accept the prize.
8. Advertising on Your Blog
If your blog is popular and generates enough traffic and subscribers to make it attractive to advertisers, offer advertising space as a prize for your blog contest. Other bloggers and website owners are likely to be very interested in winning free advertising.
9. Guest Posts
If you write a popular blog with a decent amount of monthly traffic, you can offer guest posts as a blog contest prize. Consider offering your services to write a guest post on the winner's blog or allow the winner to write a guest post to appear on your blog. Either way, the winner will gain exposure and traffic from the guest post.
10. Entrecard Credits
Entrecard is a popular social advertising website for bloggers who earn Entrecard Credits to pay for advertising space on other blogs. Consider joining Entrecard (if you're not already a member) and offer the credits you earn as a blog contest prize. Other Entrecard members will be very interested in this type of contest.
What is a Blog Contest?
5:31 PM Posted by Slamy
Blog contests are a simple and fun way to increase traffic and a sense of community on your blog. Let's face it. People love to win free stuff, and blog contests are a great way to create a buzz of excitement on your blog.
In the simplest terms, a blog contest is exactly what the term implies - a contest hosted on your blog. Since it's your blog, the nuances of the contest are entirely up to you. For example, you can determine the method of entry, duration of the contest, prize, and more. Again, it's up to you.
The most important thing to remember about a blog contest is it will drive traffic equivalent to the amount you promote it. In other words, if no one knows about your contest, they won't visit your blog to enter. Take some time to visit other blogs and websites to announce your contest. A quick Google search will reveal many blogs and websites that operate solely to announce blog contests. A great reference is About.com's Guide to Contests and Sweepstakes. Another great way to promote your contest is through blog carnivals.
Finally, make sure you understand the monetary investment inherent in a blog contest. Unless your contest is being sponsored by a company who donated a prize, you'll need to purchase a prize, and most likely, you'll have to pay shipping costs to send the prize to the winner.
Search Engine Optimization SEO - Top 10 Tips to Top Google
8:45 AM Posted by Slamy
Search Engine Optimization services which are also known as SEO are needed to perform well in the search engines. More importantly finding a google search engine optimization services company is needed to rank in the most popular search engine itself. When trying to grab that top place, you need to focus on several factors. This article is composed of methodologies that are widely accepted by SEO professionals. These are arranged from most to least important from my personal, yet educated opinion. This was actually stated by google in their own publications.
Search Engine Optimization Link Popularity
Your sites link popularity is the main and most important factor when trying to improve your SEO campaign. You must focus on obtaining inbound links from quality and relevant sites. Several methods are submitting to link directories, reciprocal linking, article distribution, video blogging, forums and social bookmarking.
Using Keywords In The Meta And Title Tags
Second on our list is placing your keywords you are trying to obtain top rankings for within your title, description meta tag and keywords meta tag. In google SEO, your title tag only allows 8-9 words within the title tag for their search engine results. So limit yourself to 9 words (use as many as possible) and then move forward.
Time Your Web Site Has Been Indexed
Something that the search engines have placed a lot of emphasis on is "sandboxing" new sites on the internet. On average this process takes 3-4 months to get out of. The longer that your site is online the more trusted your site will be to the search engines. Ideally I believe a site is going to benefit most when it has been consistently indexed for 2 years or more.
Anchor Text Of Inbound Links
Even if you have a large number of inbound links, they won't do a lot of good if they aren't linked with good anchor text. Anchor text is the actual text that is clickable within the link. Keep links around 3-5 words long. Many search engine optimization experts believe bolding your links will improve rankings as well.
Link Popularity On Sub Pages
It is highly believed that sub pages within your web site must have inbound links and popularity for your entire site to succeed (including your home page). Even if you have a successful site right now, it could do even better with inbound links to sub pages.
Relevancy Of Inbound Links
Links coming to your web site must be coming from relevant sites with relevant content! This is extremely important.
Link Popularity Of Your Site Compared To Your Competitions
This is another seo factor that deems a lot of attention when it comes to google seo tips. You must make sure that you have comparable link popularity to your competition for certain key terms. Without comparable link popularity you simply won't succeed as much as you want to.
Keyword Use In Your Pages Content
You must use your top key terms within the content of your web site. Certain key phrases can show tremendous growth by having the exact phrase within the content of your site itself. Google loves unique content and google loves relevancy.
How Popular Are The Sites That Are Linking To You - Are They Relevant?
Quality inbound links should come from recognized or semi popular to popular sites. These sites must also have similar content to your topic. If they come up high under your key terms, they are a great site. You should try to obtain links from these web sites.
Using Good Tools To Help With Search Engine Optimization or SEO?
You must perform research of key terms. I use google's keyword tool personally, however there are many out there. Also I recommend using SEO programs to analyze your competition.
SEO Fundamentals - Top 20 Factors to Better Google Rankings
8:35 AM Posted by Slamy
Any discussion about SEO Fundamentals needs to start with Google. With over 75% of the world's web searches now being conducted via Google, it's safe to say that your potential customers will be starting their journey there as well.
Google is the gold standard of Search Engines in both overall search volume and search quality. I'll save the rationale behind Google's dominance for another day, but undoubtedly a large portion of their rise to the top of Search Engine excellence can be attributed to their proprietary algorithm, which is the set of calculations performed against the web's content that decides which web sites they think their viewers will find most relevant for the entered keywords.
Google's is the most difficult search engine to optimize against because it does the best job of filtering out all of the short-cuts marketers try to use to cheat the system. Google makes a company work to return high organically. At the most basic of Google's (and hence, SEO's) driving factors to page rank are:
* How much relevant content does your site have, and
* How highly the web community values your content (measured in number of links from other sites to your content).
This means that the early days of tweaking a few meta tag descriptions to fix your web site's SEO are long, long gone. In today's game, SEO cannot be thought of as a one-time expense. It requires a commitment. Based on your competition, your industry and your objectives, it may also require a good deal of time and money before you see results. There is no short-cut around satisfying these two criteria. If an SEO Consultant tells you there is, it's likely either a scam or an activity that could get your site blacklisted.
So, how exactly does a company show Google great, relevant content that's as popular and externally-validated as a southern Homecoming Queen? There's no magic answer, and the rules are always changing, but....
Without further ado, and in no particular order, Google's 20 most important factors to better SEO rankings.
1. Keyword Use in Title Tag - Placing the targeted search term or phrase in the title tag of the web page's HTML header.
2. Keyword Use in Body Text - Using the targeted search term in the visible, HTML text of the page.
3. Relationship of Body Text Content to Keywords - Topical relevance of text on the page compared to targeted keywords.
4. Keyword Use in a web page's Headline (H1 Tag) - Creating an H1 tag with the targeted search term/phrase.
5. Keyword Use in Domain Name & Page URL
6. Link Popularity within the Site's Internal Link Structure - Refers to the number and importance of internal links pointing to the target page.
7. Quality/Relevance of Links to External Sites/Pages - Do links on the page point to high quality, topically-related pages?
8. Age of Document - Older pages may be perceived as more authoritative while newer pages may be more temporarily relevant.
9. Amount of Indexable Text Content - Refers to the literal quantity of visible HTML text on a page.
10. Quality of the Document Content (as measured algorithmically) - Assuming search engines can use text, visual or other analysis methods to determine the validity and value of content, this metric would provide some level of rating.
11. Global Link Popularity of Site - The overall link weight/authority as measured by links from any and all sites across the web (both link quality and quantity).
12. Age of Site - Not the date of original registration of the domain, but rather the launch of indexable content seen by the search engines (note that this can change if a domain switches ownership).
13. Topical Relevance of Inbound Links to Site - The subject-specific relationship between the sites/pages linking to the target page and the target keyword.
14. Link Popularity of Site in Topical Community - The link weight/authority of the target website amongst its topical peers in the online world.
15. Rate of New Inbound Links to Site - The frequency and timing of external sites linking in to the given domain.
16. Anchor Text of Inbound Link.
17. Global Link Popularity of Linking Site.
18. Topical Relationship of Linking Page.
19. Link Popularity of Site in Topical Community - The link weight/authority of the target website amongst its topical peers in the online world.
20. Age of Link.
Search Engine Over Friends and Family
7:45 AM Posted by Slamy
These days it is more important than ever to market your business online. A recent survey showed that an amazing 80% of shoppers now choose to visit a store's website before heading to the actual store, and 58% of people claim to do all their product research online before buying instead of consulting with friends and family. Combining this information with the fact that increased fuel prices and other costs are convincing more and more people to stay at home and shop, and you can easily see that online marketing and a strong website is vital for your company's success.
Website Content
One of the key aspects of online success in e-commerce is to ensure the customers value your website. Having incomplete product descriptions or none at all will result in customers quickly going elsewhere to find out more information about the product they are considering. You should also consider paying for some form of search engine optimisation (SEO) which customises your website and content to gain a better rank in the search engines.
A large part of SEO involves getting other sites to link with yours so submitting your site to web directories will be another important part of this area of your online marketing strategy. Some search engines will penalise you for things like having too heavy keyword saturation or other more subtle "cheats", so it really pays to hire a professional to handle your search engine optimisation needs.
Search Engine Marketing
One of the very best ways to raise awareness of your company and increase traffic to your website is with a structured search engine marketing (SEM) campaign. One of the simplest forms of SEM involves paying a search engine to put your website in a prominent position on the search results page, often as a "featured" link, this is known as paid placement.
Another great service offered by the search engines is pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. As the name implies, this means that the search engine distributes your advert across its network of websites and you pay for the referrals this generates. With PPC, everyone's a winner; you get large coverage with your advert and only pay for the increased traffic (the clicks to your site) and the person who ends up with your advert on their website earns a cut of what you pay.
While pay-per-click schemes can seem a little expensive, there are some keywords that can still get you traffic but might be cheaper, so it pays to invest a little time researching search terms. You can also consider some of the smaller search engines that will have lower priced keywords. Whichever you choose, the costs of marketing when offset against your increased traffic (and hence revenue) will make it worthwhile.

Through your blog, you can explain how your life has changed due to the product or service that you are selling. A blog can also be highly interactive if you also allow comments and for all to see. For sure, blogging provides a good avenue to establish some level of trust and security for an online prospect who has never met you.
Here are top 10 ways to get people to read your business blog:
- Have a general theme and state this theme at the top or in a prominent location in your blog. Creating a general theme helps attract a group of targeted readers. However, do strike a balance. You don't also want too narrow a theme. Otherwise, you may find yourself having difficulty finding new things to talk about in your blog every few days.
- Be current in what you post. Don't report about events that happen one year ago. You can refer to the particular event if relevant and/or via a link. For these past events, assume that people already know about them.
- Keep a regular schedule. When readers return to your blog, they want to read about something new. Be sure to manage your readers' expectations.
- Post frequently. Search engine spiders love sites that are constantly updated with fresh content. At the very least, posting once every few days is a good idea.
- Keep your posts short and clear. Don't post long essays. Blog readers are known to like to zip in and out of online diaries. Keep your long essays to articles that you can publish on a separate webpage or in your newsletter.
- Make your tittle keyword-rich. This helps in getting your posts better ranked by search engine spiders via the keywords that you use.
- Post interesting content. No one is going to be interested in what you ate for breakfast. Not unless you are maintaining a food blog and you want to post your breakfast recipe!
Making your content interesting will ensure that your readers continue to read your blog loyally. - Have a unique perspective. Readers are interested to know what you think. If you are offering your opinion, be sure that you are able to qualify them.
- Take note of your language and grammer. Even if you are posting an opinion. It is always safer to write in proper English if you are hoping to monetize from your blog.
- Don't forget to have a RSS feed. RSS means "Rich Site Syndication". To increase readership and distribution, this is one thing that you must not omit in doing.
Top 10 Places to Find the Most Popular Blogs
4:42 AM Posted by Slamy
The easiest way to get acquainted with the conventions of the blog format is to start reading them. The more blogs you read, the more you'll get a feel for the depth and breadth of style and subject matter they have to offer. Here are a few sources:
Blog Monitors
- Blogdex (http://blogdex.com/)
- Daypop (http://daypop.com/)
- Technorati (http://technorati.com/)
These three sites monitor millions of blogs every minute of every day, searching for the top key words being mentioned in blog posts or in the most popular links and sites. It's like being in a huge convention hall eavesdropping on billions of conversations at the same time. This is a fantastic way to do market research and to see what everybody is buzzing about. The collective 'hive' of blogs is often called the blogosphere. Often, links and news bubble up in the blogosphere first, even before they reach your evening television news program.
Blog Search Engines and Directories
- Blogarama (http://blogarama.com/)
- Globe of Blogs (http://globeofblogs.com/)
- The Open Directory (http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/On_the_Web/Weblogs/)
Just like web sites, there are also directories and search engines devoted to cataloging the ever-growing global network of blogs. Try searching by topic or geographic location.
Search Engines
- Google (http://google.com/)
- Yahoo! (http://yahoo.com/)
- A9 (http://a9.com/)
As usual, Google and friends to the rescue! These are the more traditional and widely known search engines. Type in some topic and the word 'blogs' and see what results come up. The more specific keywords, the more likely you are to find bloggers talking about what you're interested in.
Blogrolls
And number ten is the blogroll. Most blogs have a blogroll, which is a list of a blogger's favorite blogs and websites. If you find a blog you like, try checking out the other sites that the blogger likes. You might find other valuable sites and blogs to read. The more your read blogs, the more you'll catch the nuances and conventions that have made them the fastest, easiest, cheapest way to publish online.

Having an automated payment system that allows you to accept credit card payments for your products or services is something that everyone has to have to be successful online. Here are a couple of third-party ones that I use and recommend:
ClickBank-- http://www.ClickBank.com/
PayPal-- http://www.PayPal.com/ - AD TRACKING SYSTEM:
If you are going to advertise your products and/or services online, then it is critical that you track your results. Knowing how many hits you got to your site is nice, but it won't take care of your questions like, "Where did my traffic and sales come from?"
Here are some ad tracking systems. (Some offer free versions.)

http://www.hypertracker.com/
http://www.adminder.com/
Implementing these five time-saving helpers is a very important benchmark in moving your business into a phase that will free up some time to insure your success online.
Best of luck with your promotional efforts.
Is There A Short Circuit In Your Networking?
3:15 AM Posted by Slamy
Network marketing is all about communication, and building relationships. Is that what you are really doing? How many people do you communicate with personally? I don't mean with autoresponders, or a mailing list. How many people do you chat with, or exchange dialogue with, on a regular basis? How many people are in your buddy list?
Who are the people that you interact with consistently? Are they business people, friends, family, or acquaintences? Are you participating in forums and using interactive technologies to communicate with new people? Or...
Are you exchanging ads and sales letters with everyone?
Network marketing, networking... Is not about blasting your copy at everyone within your keyboard's reach. It's not about joining a group and sending ads to other members in place of a letter of introduction. It is not about filling member inboxes with sales pitches.
If you want to network with me, tell me who you are, not what you're selling. I prefer to work with people, not products. THAT is what networking is about.
Forums are a place to openly discuss topics of interest between like-minded people. Sadly though, too many people misuse them as an ad board. They join just to sell stuff to people. If I wanted to read ads, I'd surf the classifieds. Forums are a place for networking, not advertising; for joint venturing, not selling.
I spend a lot of time in forums. I don't always do much posting, but I read. I learn. And I don't read ads that are posted to them. Recommendations for tools, or information, I always read, but no ads. If it's starts with a headline, it goes in the trash.
Interactive web sites, such as forums and moderated discussion groups are an awesome networking tool. I've met some of my best joint venture partners this way. Participation is the best way to learn what you don't know, and share what you do know. It is WIN-WIN and it's FREE!
Proper use of forums and discussion groups is one of the strongest marketing tools at your disposal. When you network with others, you discover ways inwhich you can partner with people, creating new avenues for earning potential. Selling people stuff is short term. Partnering with them is for the long haul, and when done right, far more profitable. It is easier to achieve what it is you want, when you help someone of complimentary interest get where they'd like to be.

Twitter is a fun and useful way to promote your blog and drive traffic to it. While it might seem that micro-blogging through Twitter might just be a fun thing to do, you can actually use Twitter to grow your blog. Remember, building relationships is a key part of growing your blog, and Twitter is an excellent tool for building relationships.
Take a look at the suggestions below for how you can use Twitter to drive traffic to your blog.
- Drive Traffic
Twitter has a viral marketing effect to it wherein your tweets could spread quickly across the Twitter community if they are interesting. For example, if you're hosting a blog contest or launching a new feature on your blog, send a tweet to let your followers know. Chances are they'll spread the word as well. As word gets out, more and more people will visit your blog to check out what all the hype is about. - Network with Like-Minded People
Twitter is set up inherently to act as a networking tool. People "follow" users whose tweets they enjoy or interest them. As such, you'll be able to connect with like-minded people by using Twitter which could lead to more traffic to your blog and much more. - Make Business Contacts
Just as Twitter is a great networking tool for finding like-minded people, it's also very effective with connecting users with business contacts. Whether you're looking to hire someone to help you with your blog or business (or both), looking for a new job, or just looking to bounce ideas off your business peers, Twitter can help. - Establish Yourself as an Expert
Twitter can help support your efforts to establish yourself as an expert in your field or blogging niche to the online community. By communicating through tweets about subject-matter you're knowledgeable in, answering questions via tweets, and searching out new contacts, your efforts to be viewed as an expert (which gives your blog greater credibility and appeal) will grow. - Get Ideas for Blog Posts
If you're having a dry spell in terms of coming up with post ideas, Twitter can help get your creative juices flowing. Read and send some tweets and see what people are talking about. Something you read is apt to spark a post idea or two to get you through a temporary state of blogger's block. - Ask Questions
Just as you might use Twitter to establish yourself as an expert in your field, other people use it for the same reason. Don't be afraid to ask questions. You just might learn something new and find new bloggers and users to connect with! - Provide Live Coverage
If you're attending a conference or meeting that you'd like to share, you can send multiple tweets real-time to share the information you learn then expound on your tweets with blog posts. - Ask for Diggs, Stumbles and Other Promotional Help
Twitter is a great place to ask your followers to Digg or Stumble your blog posts. You could also ask other users to blog about your post with a link back to it or spread the word to their own Twitter followers to drive more traffic to your blog. - Accuracy and Fact Checker
Imagine you're writing a blog post about a recent event but don't know how to spell the names of the people involved in the event. Send a tweet to get the information you need, and while you're at it, give your followers a heads up about your upcoming blog post. - Find and Share Resources

Does Google SEO Magic Really Help Get 1 Page Ranking in 24 Hours?
4:49 PM Posted by Slamy
After buying the Google SEO Magic I soon had traffic coming in, but it wasn't quite what I expected. There were certainly some surprises along the way that everyone needs to know about before they buy it.
Although you have to go through the trouble of messaging your click bank receipt number to Antonio Coleman on you tube to get your user name and password to the videos, the process viewing the product is quick. Once I started watching the videos in the member section, things got very interesting and some helpful things are exposed.
When I signed up for Google SEO Magic, I was skeptical about how this product could show me how to get front page ranking on Google in 24 hours, especially since there weren't many testimonials out there about the product. It turns out that it actually does show you methods to get on the first page of Google but it's not all equal in Google search engine.
Once you gain access to the members area of the Google SEO Magic website and begin your campaign it becomes clear that whether you get first page ranking depends on keywords and if you take action on what it tells you to do.
I noticed that one keyword I used i got 1st page ranking on Google. Then I tried another keyword and did everything Google SEO Magic told me to do and the results weren't as good. I got 2nd page results, but it shows you how to pick keyword so they will rank better.
So although some keywords rank better than others, Google SEO Magic does make good on their promise of helping you rank on the first page in 24 hours. In fact, im ranked in 24 hours of only one of the methods used in the video tutorials. Yea, No kidding. I've already brought in 1000 dollars worth a traffic in a month from Google SEO Magic. It seems that Google SEO Magic is the real deal.
